Bike contraflow allowing bikes to go down the 'false one way' of McPhater St. But there's no sign indicating bikes can use it
Great to have new cycle parking in Rochester Kent. But useless as too close to the wall.
New cycle stands at Kent & Canterbury Hospital. These replace the stands shown in photo #29392.
Replacement cycle parking installed outside Waitrose. The spacing between stands is now fine (the previous stands were too close together), but the stands have been placed too close to the building.

Royal Mail have only been at this location off the Ebury Way for a few months, but they have already installed a decent bike shelter for their employees.

Kate King Any improvement in road safety would be a start. I was cycling towards Fen Ditton from Horningsea at lunchtime today. I was nearly hit by an oncoming car overtaking two other cars at about 60 miles an hour. There is no hard shoulder, there was nowhere for me to go. If you are cycling at a reasonable speed there is no way that you can just cycle up a kerbside. There was no time to get off. I think the cars he was overtaking managed to make a little space ..at the last minute he moved over and he missed me by less than a yard. He would have killed me. If I had been a car he would have been dead, but if I had been a car he probably wouldn't have been driving on the wrong side of the road.

- 35310 Bike parking is needed outside Regents Studios on Andrews Road
- 35309 There are barely any bike stands at Kings Cross - this is crazy for such a major transport interchange.
- 35308 The existing bike racks at Arsenal tube station are poorly designed, as they are too close together, so it is difficult to lock the bike to the rack as you can't stand beside the bike to do so. It is also nearly always full. If Islington council put some parking stands on the pavement near the station this could help congestion.
- 35282 Provide a suitable way for cyclists to get onto the busway cycle track. The bridleway just to the North is a death trap with a base of loose cinders intermixed with sharp wires and other rubbish, designed to give punctures.
- 35275 Queen Elizabeth Hospital has NO cycle stands. I think it could use about 4 for the public and they should be where they are overlooked - perhaps covered - although no doubt the smokers who perpetuate that area would spill into it.
